We accept units from 12 feet up to 55 feet in length, with availability confirmed upon request. Our most commonly requested lot sizes include:

27 feet – Ideal for small boats, trailers, or compact RVs
33 feet – A great fit for mid-sized boats or travel trailers
36 feet – Perfect for larger campers or RVs
47 feet – Suited for Class A motorhomes or commercial trailers
55 feet – Our largest option, made for oversized rigs and boats

Rental Terms

Minimum Rental Term

Commit to a 3-month minimum rental for reliable, long-term vehicle storage.

Notice to Vacate

Give a 30-day notice before moving out to avoid issues or extra charges.

Keep It Clean

Keep your space clean and free of trash to maintain a safe, tidy environment.

Speed Limit

Drive slowly and safely—please follow the 5 MPH speed limit posted around the facility.
